Profile0 - Flat Cut
Profile 0 can be produced based on Aluminium, Brass, Stainless or Acrylic material.
Thickness of Letters can vary from 0.21-20mm Dependent on the choice of Material.
Letters can be fixed with VHB Tape, Nylon Locators or Threaded Studs to stand them off.
There is no lightning option for profile 0
If you would like to illuminate the letters, you should select Profile 3 Channel Letters.

Profile1 - Non Illuminated Channel Letter
Profile 1 can be produced based on stainless steel or Aluminium material both on side and front face.
Letter can be fixed with high mounting screws or PVC backs.
For Aluminium options electrostatical powder coating is applied in any RAL colour required.
If you would like to illuminate the letters, you should select Profile 3-5 Channel Letters.

Profile 3 – Premium Back-lit Channel Letters
Acrylic based back-lit channel letters can be produced based on stainless steel or aluminium material.
We can use 10-20mm Acrylic back. Illuminated using high quality LED modules.
The LED lights get diffused by help of acrylic based back and offers homogeneous light distribution without any spotting. The light is smooth and evenly distributed.
For Aluminium options electrostatical powder coating is applied in any RAL colour required.

Rimless channel letters can be produced based on 3-5mm Acrylic face with choice of colours with side returns in stainless steel or aluminium material.
